Jon is a seasoned executive with consistent track record of driving growth and innovation in software and technology enabled service businesses. Prior to Parkmobile, Jon served as Managing Director, International, for Ceridian HCM, a leading global provider of human capital management software and services. While at Ceridian, he additionally served as Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Product and Innovation Officer. Prior to Ceridian, Jon served as Sr. Vice President, Strategic Planning and Enterprise Development at Elavon, a leading global payments technology company, and held executive positions in a number of bay area technology and software companies. Jon started his career in investment banking, covering the business services, technology, and consumer products industries. He currently serves as a director on the boards of Roadie, Inc. and Payscape. Jon received his A.B. from Princeton University and J.D. from the Emory School of Law. He lives in Atlanta with wife, five children and three dogs.
Brent has been with the company since 2009. Prior to working at Parkmobile, Mr. Paxton spent seven years as Chief Financial Officer for AmeriPark, a national parking company, and as principal for Strategic Parking Advisors, a parking advisory services firm for real estate development groups. While at AmeriPark, he focused on technology innovations for the parking industry. Brent had previously served as the Chief Financial Officer for Clemens Construction Company following ten years in the real estate industry. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in history and business administration from Bob Jones University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Furman University.
Hank joined Parkmobile in 2013 after holding the position of Senior Manager Fund Controller with Morgan Stanley/State Street where he oversaw fund and investor reporting for two international real estate funds. Prior to this position, Hank was an assistant controller with Cousins Properties, Inc., an Atlanta based commercial real estate firm. Hank is a CPA licensed in Georgia and spent four years in public accounting following seven years in commercial real estate development and property management. Hank obtained his bachelor’s degree in history with an Asian & African Language Studies Certificate from Duke University and his MBA with a concentration in accounting from Georgia State University.
Andrew has over 20 years’ experience in Software Engineering and Executive Management most recently as CTO for Cardlytics, the leader in Transaction Based Marketing. He began his technology career as a Research Developer with IBM in 1988, progressing to the role of Senior Architect working on government and corporate projects in the USA, New Zealand and the UK. Andrew left IBM to join promising start-up WebMD. Andrew was WebMD’s Technical Director responsible for managing the development of the flagship consumer page content management and news syndication.
On a personal level he lives in Buckhead and is married to his beloved wife of 15 years and has 2 wonderful children.
As Senior Vice President of Revenue, Tom is responsible for Parkmobile’s global revenue and channel strategy. Tom brings more than 25 years of technology sales experience in multiple verticals including telecom, financial services, healthcare, supply chain management, and help desk. Prior to joining Parkmobile, Tom was SVP of Sales at Bomgar Corporation, the number one enterprise solution for remote support technology, where he spent over ten years launching and successfully managing sales teams which included Enterprise, International, and Public Sector, averaging 141% of annual quota. His consistent track record of successful revenue growth and quarterly performance was instrumental in two private equity events over his last three years at Bomgar, the first with TA Associates and the second with Thoma Bravo. Tom’s technology sales career began with nine years in Silicon Valley, and he now resides in north Georgia with his wife of 20 years and two children. Tom received his Bachelor of Business Administration in General Business from the University of Arizona.
Steve joined Parkmobile in October 2016. He brings more than 15 years of experience leading and growing operational and call center functions specializing in improving the customer experience, ensuring rigor in policy and procedures to minimize risks, and engaging employees to create an energetic culture people want to be a part of.
Prior to joining Parkmobile, Steve held several roles at Worldpay US, Inc. including leadership positions in the Fraud, Collections, Workforce Management and Customer Support teams. His latest role was the Director of New Customer, Platinum & Elite Support and Customer Retention where he drove record customer satisfaction scores through Net Promoter Score (NPS) while pushing attrition rates to record lows.
Previously, he worked at Barclaycard US for 7 years having held various roles in Risk and Credit Management.
Steve has a Bachelor degree in Education specializing in Middle Level Math from Wilmington University. He is married with a son.
Alison has more than 18 years experience as an Administrative Executive. Prior to joining Parkmobile, Alison spent 2 years as VP of Administration for NextLevel Strategies and over 13 years with BCD Travel as Executive Assistant/Director to the Chairman, CEO and Board of Directors.
Alison earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She also served as a board member for Atlanta’s Table (Atlanta Community Food Bank) for ten years.
Bob is currently the Vice President of Product here at Parkmobile, LLC. Prior to joining Parkmobile, Bob spent 3 years at SP+ in various technology and product positions and 2 years at AON in their human resources solutions and outsourcing division as a consultant. Bob earned a double bachelor’s degree in business and management information systems and later completed his MBA with a focus in technology ventures. All of which were completed at the University of Central Florida.
Barry has been working in the field of software engineering since 1992. He has worked his way up from junior developer to senior lead developer, architect and is now managing multiple software teams. He has extensive experience in building software in multiple languages including C++, visual basic, C#, as well as web languages HTML, CSS and AngularJS. Barry started his career building client server applications using TCP/IP to communicate to servers but in early 2000 transition to developing web applications and web services. He is very experienced with building SOAP services but in recent years and shifted focus to REST services. Barry’s experience spans multiple industries including insurance, telecommunications, manufacturing, accounting financial and e-commerce. Over the years Barry has developed himself to be a very versatile engineer expanding his skills to include software architecture, database administration, data warehouse and IT administration. Barry has managerial experience leading multiple teams including onshore, near shore and off shore resources using Agile/Lean software development practices. Barry has developed processes to encourage greater quality of software from his teams while still promoting a since of camaraderie. When not working, Barry likes to helps coach his son’s sports teams and cheer on his favorite professional soccer team (LFC). Go Reds!
Ajit Pol is the Vice President of Parkmobile’s Technology Projects, heading the Program Management Office and driving various delivery initiatives. Ajit has over 20 years of leadership experience in the entire value chain of IT and services industry, strong technical knowhow and business acumen to lead the organizations for developing projects methodology, strategic roadmap, implementation plan, and successful execution of complex projects. Prior to working at Parkmobile, Ajit served as a Chief of Staff for IT Infrastructure division and led HR Outsourcing programs at ACS, which got acquired later by Xerox. Before ACS, Ajit was the Director of Technology at American Express, establishing various key processes on a unified platform. Ajit’s core strengths are leadership and mentoring, business analysis, technical architecture & design, software development, QA, project management, Sales & Marketing, and Delivery background from his previous careers all over North America, Europe and Asia. Ajit received his engineering degree in Electronics and has MBA education in Human Resource Development. Besides the exciting initiatives at Parkmobile, Ajit enjoys hiking and bike riding with his wife and two sons.
Tina joined the Parkmobile team in its inception in 2010, focusing on the company’s integrated marketing strategy and branding campaign. Before joining our team, Tina gained extensive experience in a variety of sales and marketing positions for commercial real estate firms spanning over 12 years. Tina lives and breaths all things marketing, she uses her expertise from design collateral, working with clients and vendors, and managing personnel, to creating unique and creativity marketing campaigns and seeing them through execution. Tina holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Tennessee Knoxville.
