Waived transaction fee for pay by phone pilot in Washington, DC

Parkmobile launched a new pay by phone parking pilot on July 19th that covers approximately 1,000 metered spaces in Foggy Bottom, on Reservoir Road in Georgetown, and around Nationals Park in Southeast DC. Washington DC customers will not be charged a transaction fee at any location where Parkmobile is available.
