Cherie Fuzzell

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Cherie Fuzzell has over 17 years of executive experience in the payments and healthcare industries as well as 7 years of mergers & acquisitions experience with the international law firm Jones Day. Cherie was most recently President and CEO of FirstView and has held senior positions with USBancorp, NOVA Information Systems, Inc. (now Elavon) and Magellan Health Services. Cherie earned a bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama and a juris doctorate from the Vanderbilt University School of Law where she served as Associate Editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review. She is a member of the Bar Associations of the States of Texas, Ohio and Georgia and the Beta Gamma Sigma and Beta Alpha Psi Honor Societies. Cherie has been profiled in the Fulton County Daily Report, Business to Business Magazine and Atlanta Woman Magazine.

Brian Burleson

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Brian Burleson has more than 25 years of experience as a Telecommunications and Technology Executive. Brian spent 8 years as Chief Operating Officer and Board Member of Priority Telecom, an Amsterdam based European telecommunications provider owned by Liberty Media. He also served as Chief Operating Officer for 2020 Communications, a privately held alternative channel technology marketing firm and has held senior positions at MCI, Telecom*USA, Claydesta Communications and Amigo Petroleum. Brian holds a bachelor’s degree in Geology/Geophysics and an MBA from Texas Tech University.

Mike McCloskey

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Mike McCloskey has over 16 years experience in finance holding senior and executive positions in the financial services and software industries. Mike has been an integral member of the management teams of both public and private companies where he helped drive profitable growth and participated in more than 15 acquisitions. Mike joined Parkmobile in 2012. Mike earned a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering & Operations Research from Princeton University and an MBA with honors from Emory University.

Laurens Eckelboom

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Laurens Eckelboom has 20 years of international experience in sales and marketing with senior and executive positions in the financial, IT, and parking industries. He joined Parkmobile Group in 2005 and was responsible for strategic marketing and the successful launches of pay-by-phone parking in several European countries. Laurens joined Parkmobile USA in 2008 as executive vice president. This year he was elected in the International Parking Institute’s Board of Directors representing suppliers in the industry.

Laurens holds two Master’s degrees, one in business marketing from TIAS NIMBAS Business School, and one from Utrecht University in international relations. He completed the Executive Retailing Program at Santa Clara University, and serves as a guest lecturer at several universities.

Brent Paxton

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, SALES & ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

Brent Paxton has over eight years of parking experience as CFO for AmeriPark, a national parking company, and as principal for Strategic Parking Advisors, a parking advisory services firm for real estate development groups. During his tenure with AmeriPark he focused on technology innovations for the parking industry. Prior to his work in the parking industry, Brent was CFO at a regional construction management firm. He earned a bachelor’s degree in history and business administration from Bob Jones University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Furman University.

Michael Sanocki

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, EAST COAST SALES & N. AMERICAN OPERATIONS

Michael Sanocki has more than 18 years of experience in the automotive manufacturing, design, and vehicle launch arena. He has held several leadership positions within General Motors leading vehicle launches in key quality, efficiency, and productivity metrics. Prior to his tenure in the transportation industry he served in various customer service and warranty roles at Andersen Window Corp. He has extensive knowledge and practical uses of SIX Sigma quality metrics, lean initiatives, and project management which have been utilized on large deployments in conjunction with DDOT, Washington DC on street parking and MBTA, Boston transit locations and many more. The lean principles and quality initiatives have proven to provide our customers and end users synergies and cost saving mechanisms within their respective organizations. Mike earned a bachelor’s degree in business and international management from Northwood University, and went on to complete Masters of Science degrees in Operations Management and Manufacturing Engineering from Kettering University.
