Event to Recognize Women Who “Put the POW! in POWer”

ATLANTA, GA. (January 12, 2015) – Cherie Fuzzell, CEO Parkmobile, LLC, has been named as one of 12 women honored with a Womenetics 2015 POW! Award. As Chief Executive Officer of Parkmobile, LLC, Cherie has overall responsibility for the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of Parkmobile. Under Fuzzell’s leadership, Parkmobile has expanded its footprint to over 600 locations in 38 states, has added a parking reservations/events capability to round out its suite of parking solutions, and has added BMW Group and SP+ Corporation as minority investors. During her tenure with the company, Parkmobile has been designated as TAG Top 40 Innovative Technology Company two years in a row and has received Frost & Sullivan Award for 2014 North American Mobile Payments Company of The Year. In addition to her leadership within the company, Cherie serves on the Boards of the Entrepreneurship Institute at the University of Alabama, OnBoard and the TAG FinTech Society. She was recently recognized by Women in Technology as the 2014 Woman of the Year in Technology for the Small/Emerging Organization category.
