Parkmobile appoints Steve Henry as Vice President of Customer Success

Atlanta, GA – December 13, 2016 — Parkmobile, LLC, the leading provider of mobile-enabled parking and mobility related services, announced today that 15-year customer experience veteran, Steve Henry, has joined the company as VP of Customer Success. Steve will play a key role in leading the Member Services team into a world class service organization that is ready to grow with Parkmobile.
Steve brings more than 15 years of experience leading and growing operational and call center functions specializing in improving the customer experience, ensuring rigor in policy and procedures to minimize risks, and engaging employees to create an energetic and rewarding culture people want to be a part of. He’s a leader with a proven track record of implementing practical, steady improvements with the customers needs and interests in mind.
Prior to joining Parkmobile, Steve held several roles at Worldpay US, Inc. including leadership positions in the Fraud, Collections, Workforce Management, and Customer Support teams. His latest role was the Director of New Customer, Platinum, & Elite Support and Customer Retention where he drove record customer satisfaction scores through Net Promoter Score (NPS) while pushing attrition rates to record lows. Previously, he worked at Barclaycard US for 7 years having held various customer support and operations roles in Risk and Credit Management.

Steve was born and raised in Delaware where he graduated from Wilmington University with a bachelor degree in Education, specializing in math. He has lived in the Altanta metro area for the past 10 years and currently lives in the northern suburbs with his wife and son.
