Tom Thomason Joins Parkmobile as Senior Vice President of Revenue
Sales veteran brings strategic, interactive consumer expertise to leading mobility payment solutions provider
Atlanta, GA – December 14, 2016 — Parkmobile, LLC, the leading provider of on-demand and prepaid mobile payments for on- and off- street parking and mobility solutions, announced today the appointment of software industry veteran Tom Thomason as Senior Vice President of Revenue.
Tom brings more than 25 years of technology sales experience in multiple verticals including telecom, financial services, healthcare, supply chain management, and help desk. Prior to joining Parkmobile, Tom was SVP of Sales at Bomgar Corporation, the global leader in enterprise solutions for remote support technology, where he spent over ten years launching and successfully managing Bomgar’s Enterprise, International, and Public Sector sales efforts, averaging 141% of annual target across his tenure. His consistent track record of successful revenue growth and quarterly performance was instrumental in two private equity events over his last three years at Bomgar, the first with TA Associates and the second with Thoma Bravo.

Tom has always been passionate about working hard to achieve his goals, initially by delivering the Sacramento Bee Newspaper seven days a week at 5am when he was thirteen years old while maintaining an afterschool business of mowing neighbors’ lawns and participating in youth sports. He’s competed in over 50 triathlons including the Arizona Ironman, Escape from Alcatraz, Honu Half in Kona, HI and Wildflower in central California and was Chairman and founder of TRI4TOTS, a for profit race team, and Hibiscus, a non-profit foundation that raised money by participating in triathlons for children and spouses who have lost loved ones to violent crime. Tom’s technology sales career began with nine years in Silicon Valley, and he now resides in north Georgia with his wife of 20 years and two children. Tom received his Bachelor of Business Administration in General Business from the University of Arizona.
